| Dowsing of the Human Energy Fields
Dowsing is an unique non-contact technique that explores the barriers in your thinking, feeling and behaving that limit one's successful journey through life. Everyone has physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy fields that can actually be measured by dowsing rods, and by doing so can tell what is happening to that person -- even yourself! You can learn how to measure these energy fields. Once able to dowse these various areas of yourself, you will begin to uncover the specific patterns that have held you back from reaching your goals. This technique will allow you to work at your own pace at home to dissolve the layers of patterns or energies that have a negative influence on your life. As you do this, you will discover your spiritual senses such as clairvoyance, clairaudience, etc. will begin to unfold to further assist you in the process. A lot of us first heard of dowsing in connection to finding water with a special branch of a tree, and we wondered how this worked. Then, some of us even heard that a dowser could locate water by holding this branch over a map, and we really wondered about this. Now, as we learn about dowsing human energy fields, including drawing forth the energy of someone not physically present, we realize that dowsing is actually a tool to develop your intuitive self! Another idea one might want to keep in mind is that dowsing calls upon universal knowledge and/or energies, not unlike other "energy" work, including hands-on healing. All that people need to do to utilize these gifts and talents is to become sensitive to the energies involved. One can begin dowsing utilizing various tools -- a Y-branch, L-rods, a pendulum, etc. -- all valid. The tool favored by us is the L-rod. The L-rods give the most feedback to both the dowser and the observer. One can easily learn how to hold them, loosely, parallel to each other and to the ground, and become sensitive to their movement. Once someone feels the movement in the rods for themselves, all doubt leaves them concerning their ability to do this. The harder part of dowsing is becoming clear in what you are asking or measuring, including having a clear intent in doing this work. We can start by measuring the energy fields that we all have, namely physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. The interesting thing is that several dowsers will all come to the same point in measuring these fields. Start by having someone stand across the room from you, approximately eight to ten feet away. Now, with the L-rods parallel to the floor, held loosely in your hands, take a deep breath and "clear" yourself as you focus on what you want to ask. In this case, say to yourself, "Show me the physical energy of ( name of person )," and start walking slowly toward that person. At a short distance away from the person, maybe two feet, the rods will slowing swing open and you will feel the energy field. A normal or average person will have concentric rings of energy emanating from her body, with physical energy being the closest, and spiritual energy being the furthest away. Now come all the exceptions! When the rods do not open at all, indicating a complete lack of energy, then the person is shut down. They may even tell you that they feel drained, tired, exhausted, or blocked, or words to that effect. Knowing this, we can work to see what caused this. It might be someone else in their energy field, draining them; it might be something that they have to work through themselves; it might be a problem they (subconsciously) have with someone present with them. Sometimes the person will say something to the effect that they did not like someone right away, not even knowing them or knowing why. Once you know there is a problem, then you can arrive at knowing the cause of the problem and work to dissolve it, resulting in the person regaining their energy. You can work on yourself this way, or even an individual not physically present. Dowsing can be used in a variety of ways to help you or help someone else for the greater good. Pat uses it in her spirit releasement work, when an individual is drained of their energy by someone in their energy field. Dowsing is an ancient method of discernment, alluded to in the Bible and depicted on ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics, and used continually through modern history. Now, perhaps, we are using dowsing in this "new age" approach to solving problems by understanding and accepting its ancient truths. |
